Day 2, Monday

• After breakfast, visit the Diaspora Museum at Tel Aviv Universityfounded in 1956, where the history of the Jewish people outside of IsraelNation of the Jewish People is dramatically depicted. The museum uses such media as video, movies and art to tell this fascinating story.

• Drive southward to Rechovotfounded on March 6, 1890 and visit the Weizmann Institute of ScienceEnjoy the Sci-Trek at the Institute, a major center of scientific research. While there, view the Science GardenFun Outdoors Museum for a better understanding of how some of the greatest forces of nature work. Stop to see the Solar Valley where the Weizmann InstituteEnjoy the Sci-Trek at the Institute conducts some of the world’s most advanced research in harnessing the power of the sun.

• Our next stop will be at the Ayalon InstituteSecret Underground Ammunitions Factory Museum, situated north of the city of Rehovot. This was the first clandestine bullet production factory operated by members of the Hatzofim Aleph, Palmachthe elite striking force of the Haganah and Habonim pioneer groups during the British Mandate rule.

• After viewing an audio-visual presentation, we will discover the secret entrance to the underground bullet factory, which was successfully disguised from the British.

• You will then have time to meet with some of the new immigrants living in Rechovotfounded on March 6, 1890. Hear about their new lives in IsraelNation of the Jewish People and how they have adapted to their new home.

• In the evening we will gather for dinner with a guest speaker at the Muldan RestaurantWonderful Tel Aviv Restaurant in Tel AvivIsrael's largest city and biggest commercial center.

Day 3, Tuesday

• After breakfast, check-out of the hotel, then we journey north.

• Arrive in the beautiful harbor city of HaifaIsrael's third largest city capital of the north and one of IsraelNation of the Jewish People's main commercial ports. HaifaIsrael's third largest city is also proud to be the nucleus of much of IsraelNation of the Jewish People's high technology research and industry.

• Drive via HaifaIsrael's third largest city's Panoramic Road. On a clear day, you can see everything from the HaifaIsrael's third largest city Bay to as far north as Mt. Hermon and all the way across IsraelNation of the Jewish People.

• Further along the coastline, visit the ancient city of AccoAncient Northern Israel Port City (Acre), once known as the Crusaders capital of the north. Walk on the city walls to the harbor, then through the colorful markets to visit the huge underground Crusader Halls.

• Situated above these halls is the notorious Acco PrisonAncient Crusader Prison that was built by the Turks and later used by the British to imprison Jewish underground fighters during their struggle against British rule.

• Travel back in time” to the Talmudic Period as we visit Tzippori – one of the main centers of the Sanhedrincouncil of seventy-one Jewish sages who constituted the Supreme Court and legislative body of Ancient Israel and where Rabbi Yehuda Hanassi lived. It was there that he compiled the Mishna.

• During our visit, we will walk through the amazing ancient conduit, which brought water to the city.

• Then, in true Biblical fashion, we adorn traditional garb at Kfar KedemRecreated Ancient VIllage in Galilee (Ancient Village) and take a short donkey ride in the scenic hills of the Galilee. From our donkeys back we will be able to admire IsraelNation of the Jewish People’s countryside, which has hardly changed since days of old.

• We will have time to relax and take a swim at the shores of the KinneretSea of Galilee.

• Take a Boat Ride and then have Dinner at Deck’s Restaurant in TiberiasOne of Israel's 4 Holy Cities.

Day 4, Wednesday

• After breakfast, walk through the beautiful nature reserve at Tel DanAncient Canaanite Remains could be found at this location – an important source of water for the Jordan RiverIsrael's longest river.. Throughout the centuries, the control of this source was of great political significance. View Tel DanAncient Canaanite Remains could be found at this location, which was the site of the Canaanite City of Laish.

• Stop off at one of the outdoor activity centers in the Galilee region to experience an exciting rafting trip down the Jordan RiverIsrael's longest river..
• Ascend the new cable cars up the mountain towards Kibbutz ManaraIsrael's most northern kibbutz, the northern most Kibbutz in IsraelNation of the Jewish People. Halfway up the mountain stop to be adventurous as we try our hand at Cliff Rappelling, and other activities.

• Return to the hotel to freshen up for dinner.

Day 5, Thursday

• After breakfast, we will board awaiting jeeps and ascend the Golan Heights, which rise majestically to the north and east of Lake KinneretSea of Galilee. Besides containing beautiful nature reserves and springs that feed into the Jordan RiverIsrael's longest river., this area also serves as a line of defense for IsraelNation of the Jewish People.

• During the course of the tour, we will pass former Syrian army headquarters and positions overlooking the Galilee. This tour will help you realize the strategic significance of the Golan and its importance to the security of the country.

• Onward to Katzrin, which was established in 1977 and was one of the first urban settlements in the Golan. While in Katzrin, see a fascinating audio-visual presentation describing the history of the Golan throughout the ages.

• Tour the ancient reconstructed Talmudic Village and a partially restored 1,500-year-old synagogue.

• While on the Golan Heights, you will have the very special privilege of being the guest at an Armored Brigade’s base. The Brigade has a heroic history of stopping the advance of the Syrian army during the Yom Kippur WarIsrael defends itself in 1973.

• During your visit, meet and talk with soldiers and officers stationed there as you join them for an army-style lunch.

• Onward to TzfatOne of the 4 Holy Cities to absorb the special ambience of this town of contrasts, where ancient sites such as The ArizalRabbi Isaac Luria; Jewish Scholar and Mystic’s synagogue and the ancient burial site of Shlomo HaLevi (author of Lechah Dodi) exist side by side with today’s modern art galleries.

• As you wander through the narrow, winding alleys, visit some of the beautiful synagogues and browse through the artists’ workshops and galleries found in the flourishing artists’ quarter.

• We will then join a discussion on Kabbalah with Rabbi LeiterDirector of Ascent, director of ‘Ascent of TzfatOne of the 4 Holy Cities’, the center for Jewish Mysticism in TzfatOne of the 4 Holy Cities and the Galilee.


• You will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in the enclosed courtyards, shaded by canopies of grape vines and take in a fantastic view from the roof overlooking Mount Meron and the Galilee Hills.

Day 6, Friday

• After breakfast, check-out of the hotel.

• Travel along the Jordan Rift to the ancient remains of Beit SheanThe largest and most unique ancient site in Israel – one of the oldest settled sites in the country. Among the ruins, you will see a theater that was the main cultural and entertainment center of that ancient period. The theater accommodated over 6,000 people.

• There is also a complete neighborhood bathhouse covering one and a half acres of floor space. Today, Beit SheanThe largest and most unique ancient site in Israel is a modern development town.

• Our next stop will be the beautiful park of Gan Guru. Here you will enjoy exotic flora and fauna, such as Australian Kangaroos.

• In the park, the children will be able to pet the animals and watch movies about the animals of Australia. This is an exciting visit for both children and adults.

• After an early morning breakfast we depart for the Dead Sea area, traveling south through the Judean Wilderness.

• Arrive at MasadaAncient Fort on the shores of the Dead Sea. Ascend the cliff top fortress by cable car. Explore the ancient remains of fortifications, King HerodA notorious king, ruled in the time of the second temple’s palaces, storerooms and baths. Descend by cable car. It is also possible to descend on foot via the old Roman RampWall erected by the Romans in 72 CE or snake path.

• Take in the beauty of the natural Ein Gedi WaterfallJust north of Masada, a desert oasis of hiking trails, waterfalls and lush greenery. Experience a small slice of heaven as you hike along a waterfall oasis whose beauty exudes vibrant colorful hues.

• Continue along the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth and a rich source of minerals for export. Let the buoyant waters support you as you relax on your back and think of nothing else but the sea and the salt all around you.

• With your guide, you will uncover actual artifacts from thousands of years ago, as you participate in an ongoing archaeological dig. The “cave crawl” is also available for the adventurous.
